Zambia Metrology Agency (ZMA) proudly joined the Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) and various institutions in commemorating the International Anti-Corruption Day at the Mulungu International Conference Centre, KK Wing, under the inspiring theme: “Uniting with the Youths, Fighting Against Corruption.”
As part of the ongoing commemoration, ZMA hosted President Hakainde Hichilema who officiated as the Guest of Honour for this year’s event.
The President took time to visit ZMA exhibition stand, engaging with their team lead by Dr. Eng Michael Kalumbu Nsefu - Chairman Integrity Committee and Director Legal Metrology in learning more about the role of ZMA in national governance.
During the interaction, the President expressed his appreciation for ZMA’s unwavering commitment to promoting fairness in trade, strengthening consumer protection, and supporting a transparent, accountable economy.
ZMA remains dedicated to upholding integrity and contributing to a Zambia where accurate measurements, fair trade practices, and ethical standards help drive sustainable development for all.
